Terms and conditions

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
  2. HOW TO QUALIFY: Beginning on May 1, 2024, at 00:00 EST through July 31, 2024, at 23:59 EST (the “Promotion Period”), first-time customers of EMR Baton Rouge, located at 6847 Scenic Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70807 (the “Participating Site”), who open a registered account for the first time with EMR Metal Recycling will receive an extra $20 per ton on the purchase price of ferrous grade metal or an extra $0.10 per pound on the purchase price of non-ferrous grade metal. This promotion is only valid on selected ferrous and non-ferrous grade metals. EMR Metal Recycling and the Participating Site reserve the right to evaluate, approve, and price the metals and apply this promotion according to said evaluation.
  3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to first-time customers of EMR Metal Recycling at the Participating Site only. Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., eighteen years of age and older as of May 1, 2024, except for employees of EMR Metal Recycling (“Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Customers must have an EMR registered account to claim this promotion. By opening an EMR registered account, customers agree to the Terms and Conditions of the account and EMR systems.   4. TO REDEEM: This offer can be redeemed during the Promotion Period after the customer’s first qualifying visit to the Participating Site.
  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD THE PROMOTION PARTIES HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing or award of the offer. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
  6. DISCLAIMERS: This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. EMR reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion at any time for any reason. Only cash card holders will receive same-day payment.
  7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Louisiana, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
