Terms and conditions

• EMR reserves the right to evaluate and approve the material and apply the promotion according to said evaluation. The offer is valid on December 5th, 2025.
• The free breakfast sandwich is open to EMR registered accounts and new registrations only. By opening an account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the account and EMR systems. By accepting food, customers consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• EMR reserves the right to remove the promotion at any time for any reason.
• One breakfast sandwich per customer, per day. 
• Promotion valid on ferrous and non-ferrous grades.
• Breakfast sandwich must be claimed on December 5th, 2025. Breakfast sandwich is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• EMR is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the promotion.
• EMR makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any breakfast sandwich, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The breakfast sandwich is provided "as is."
