Terms and conditions

  • EMR reserves the right to evaluate and approve the material and apply the promotion according to said evaluation. The offer is valid on 15tht August 2025.
  • The free taco and ice water is open to EMR registered accounts and new registrations only. By opening an account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the account and EMR systems. By accepting food, customers consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • EMR reserves the right to remove the promotion at any time for any reason.
  • One taco and ice water per customer, per day. 
  • Promotion valid on ferrous and non-ferrous grades.
  • Taco and ice water must be claimed on 15th August 2025. Taco and ice water is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
  • EMR is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the promotion.
  • EMR makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any taco and ice water, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Taco and ice water are provided "as is."
  • EMR is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of the use or misuse of any food.
