Promotional Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who are aged 18 years or older and are legal residents of the United States at the time of entry. Employees of EMR and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
All entrants must complete the official entry form and provide an accurate and valid phone number and/or email address. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
Entry Period
Entries must be submitted during the promotional event period. Entries received after the event closes will not be considered.
Winner Selection
The entrant who guesses the weight closest to the correct weight, to the nearest pound, will win the prize.
In the event of multiple correct guesses, a winner will be selected at random from among those correct entries.
The winner will be drawn within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $200 Lowe’s gift card.
No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the promoter’s discretion.
Notification & Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within that time, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to allow EMR to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional and marketing purposes across EMR’s communications channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The promoter is not responsible for any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect entry or winner notification.
General
