How to get your scratch off card

Simply visit your local EMR and sell your materials to receive your scratch off card.

Terms and conditions

  • The promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • The offer is only available at participating sites: EMR Allentown, EMR Atlas, EMR Bristol, EMR Camden (6th Street), EMR Delco, EMR Egg Harbor, EMR Hazelton, EMR New Castle, EMR Rhino.
  • Only one scratch off card will be allowed per customer, per visit.
  • A maximum of two cards per customer, per day.
  • Only one scratch card will be redeemed per customer per visit.
  • EMR reserves the right to evaluate and approve the material and apply the promotion according to said evaluation. The offer is valid between 1 October 2024 and 31 October 2024.
  • Promotion valid on ferrous and non-ferrous grades.
  • No cash alternative for prizes is available.
  • Prizes must be claimed by 30 November 2024. Prizes can be claimed on site. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
  • The offer is open to EMR registered accounts only. By opening an account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the account and EMR systems. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • EMR reserves the right to remove the promotion at any time for any reason.
  • EMR is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the promotion.
  • By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless EMR, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  • EMR makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All prizes are provided "as is.".
  • EMR is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of the use or misuse of any prize.
