ON ARRIVAL

The yard can be found in the Port of Brownsville. Take the Port of Brownsville exit off Highway 48, then stay to the right and cross Highway 511, then enter the Port through the guard gate. All personnel must have a government issued photo ID, such as a Texas Driver’s License.  After passing through the guard gate stay to the right and follow R.L. Ostos Rd. for 3 miles until you see the ISL/EMR sign and entrance. Please check in with the guards at the ISL/EMR gate and they will direct you to the proper person/location.
